Surface mount technologies are increasingly used across all PCB manufacturing. Small batch and prototyping are included in this movement. SK Electronix are suitably setup for for hand placement down to 0402 and we do have access to pick and place machines for high volume of 500 PCB's or more which enables us to remain competitive.

SK Electronix has many years experience in the manufacturing of cable looms, jumpers and wiring harnesses for varying business sectors including core sectors: Mass Transit, Site Security, Highways, Industrial Control and the Ministry Of Defense
PCB Assembly
Most PCB Assemblies will have an element of conventional components and some PCB’s are purely conventional. SK Electronix have had a wealth of experience in building conventional PCB Assemblies. We currently hold IPC-A-610 up to class 3 for electronic assemblies.
3D Printing
During 2023, we started carrying out research into 3D printing, we felt that although we have been using the technology for sometime, it could be a great additional service to expand our offering. We have a FDM 3D printer which can be used to manufacture prototype and production components very quickly. The largest possible part size is 245 x 245 x 245mm. it can do PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and ASA filments and dimensional accuracy around 0.3mm. We can also offer basic 3D CAD modeling.
